Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Doha, QA. As an entry-level position, we welcome candidates with 0 years of experience who are independent and passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer support to clients via email, phone, and online chat. 2. Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Upselling products and services to clients to drive revenue growth. 6. Participating in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures. 7. Assisting in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. 2. Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to work with others. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving client issues. 5. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus but not required. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer support software.
