Job Description:
Qatar Rail is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Identifying and assessing client needs to provide appropriate solutions - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction - Providing feedback to the management team on client trends and issues - Utilizing innovation to improve processes and efficiency in client support
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong people management skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - A proactive and solution-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
