Client Support Officer - Remote Work

As a Client Support Officer at Al Jazeera Media Network, you will be responsible for providing remote client support to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients. This part-time position, based in Doha, QA, at the Associate Level, requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support to clients regarding our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. 5. Track client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent client service. 2. Strong cooperation and planning skills to effectively manage client requests. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other client support tools.
