Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Troubleshooting and resolving client issues with product or services - Keeping detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Continuously seeking ways to improve the client experience and exceed their expectations - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Experience with strategic planning and goal setting - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Comfortable working independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
