Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Support Representative to join our team at Qatar Foundation. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and technical issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Conduct research to provide clients with the most up-to-date information - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Strong research skills and attention to detail to provide accurate and relevant information to clients - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
