Job Description:
Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate level position, the Contact Center Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be reliable, adaptable, and possess strong research and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product information. 3. Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately. 4. Conduct research to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements. 6. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
