Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Qatar National Cement Company. This is a remote work position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through phone and email communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Providing information about products and services - Processing orders and assisting with payment transactions - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Independent and confident in handling customer inquiries and complaints - Strong cooperation skills for working effectively with team members - Ability to make quick and informed decisions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
