Job Description - Contact Center Associate - Remote Work


Job Description:


Qatar Airways Cargo is looking for a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our team, working remotely on a part-time basis. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking cargo shipments, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns. 3. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers. 4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Energetic and driven personality with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations. 3. Excellent project management skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure. 4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication tools. 5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
