Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to work remotely. As a part-time position of mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in contact center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, productivity, and overall performance of the contact center. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Train, mentor, and coach contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer queries and concerns. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contact center management. 8. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold company standards. 9. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in contact center management, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and contact center software. 7. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 8. Soft skills in adaptability and creativity. 9.
