As a Contact Center Officer at Snoonu, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Processing orders and coordinating deliveries with our delivery team. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Reporting any issues or escalations to the appropriate department.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - training will be provided. 2. Motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficient in using computers and various software applications. 6. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
