Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Qatar Foundation is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, have strong research and critical thinking skills, and be eager to contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Research and analyze customer inquiries to provide effective solutions - Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive customer support - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
