Job Description: We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Al Shaqab. This is a remote work position based in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level role, the Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages from customers. This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries, feedback, or complaints. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and orders. 4. Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues, escalating complaints when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and fulfill customer requests. 7. Use critical thinking and analysis skills to make informed decisions on how to best assist customers. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
