Job Description:
United Development Company is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a remote basis in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Processing orders, cancellations, and returns accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Monitoring customer feedback and contributing ideas for improvement - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Flexibility to work part-time hours on a remote basis
