Job Description:
Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to their satisfaction, escalating as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to management. 7. Provide feedback on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to customer care processes.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Independent and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
