Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Associate to work remotely from Doha. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with a customer-focused approach - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process - Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and able to adapt to changing circumstances - Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers - Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
