Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


The Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to work remotely from Doha. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve customer service processes.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve customer care processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and able to work independently. 6. Proven experience in planning and negotiation. 7. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. 8. Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively.
