Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hilton is looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Doha, Qatar. This part-time role is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience and is at a mid-to-senior level in their career. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental goals - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members - Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes
