As a Customer Care Manager at Qatar Aluminum Limited, you will be responsible for managing the customer care team and ensuring exceptional customer service for our clients. This is a remote work position, offering part-time hours and requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the customer care team and provide guidance and support as needed 2. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction 3. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and efficient manner 4. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Analyze customer data to identify trends and optimize service delivery 7. Train and onboard new customer care team members 8. Prepare reports and present findings to management as needed
Requirements: 1. Motivated and hardworking individual with a strong customer service focus 2. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members 3. Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively 4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer care management role 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 6. Proven track record of successfully managing a customer care team 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications 8. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
