Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Qatar Airways is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team in a remote work position. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that all customer needs are met and exceeded. This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Work closely with the customer service team to address any customer issues or concerns. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Monitor customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Provide training and support to the customer service team as needed. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution. 8. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Experience working in a remote environment. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 7. Strong problem-solving skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
