Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Care Officer to join our team at Qatar Aeronautical College. This position offers remote work opportunities, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Persuasive and able to influence others - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
