Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Qatar Rail is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team and work remotely from Doha. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, as well as a driven and confident personality.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Driven and confident personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
