Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Petroleum is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and issues with efficiency and sensitivity - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately - Maintaining customer databases and records - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding customer care targets and goals

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Prior experience in customer service or a related field - High school diploma or equivalent required
