Job Description:
Msheireb Properties is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess traits of resilience and reliability, along with soft skills such as emotional intelligence and cooperation.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, or chat - Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers - Continuously strive to improve customer care processes and procedures
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
