Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Qatar Science & Technology Park. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting - Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer care - Must be adaptable to changing work environments and priorities
