Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Qatar Airways is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager for a part-time remote position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, persuasive, and skilled in decision-making.


Responsibilities: - Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements - Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor customer service team members to enhance their skills and performance - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Proficiency in customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently and remotely - Prior experience in the airline industry is a plus
