Job Description:
Qatar Mobility Innovations Center (QMIC) is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer service team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolution of customer issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer service metrics and goals to ensure team performance - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Develop training programs for customer service team members - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service operations
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Ability to cooperate and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
