Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team at Qatar Steel Company. This is a part-time remote work position, perfect for individuals who thrive in independent work environments and are eager to provide exceptional customer service. As an Entry Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Escalate complex customer problems to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - No prior experience required, but a desire to learn and grow in a customer service role - Must be hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
