Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely, providing support to our customers in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information in the database as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Independent and driven personality traits - Emotional intelligence and creativity as soft skills - Ability to work well in a remote setting
