Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and make suggestions for improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate and energetic attitude towards customer service - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
