Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Qatar Museums is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patrons, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing information about our exhibitions, events, and membership options - Processing ticket sales and memberships - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting research to address specific customer needs - Representing Qatar Museums in a positive and professional manner

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and dedicated personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong research skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
