Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and returns accurately - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Utilizing customer feedback to improve services and products - Upholding company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven customer service experience - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
