Job Description:
BeIN Sports is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work based in Doha, QA. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our services and products. This role will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. 2. Ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. 4. Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on customer interactions to improve our services and products. 5. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on how to use our services effectively. 7. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
