Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Customer Success Representative to join our team at Hilton. This is a remote work position based in Doha, QA. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products or services.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve any issues or answer questions in a timely manner. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall satisfaction. 3. Use analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer loyalty and retention. 5. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and feedback. 6. Meet or exceed assigned KPIs related to customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 7. Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members from various departments.
