Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Qatar Rail is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team remotely in Doha, Qatar. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is perfect for a resourceful and motivated individual who possesses strong teamwork and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. 2. Assist customers with ticket bookings, refunds, and cancellations. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures. 5. Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and services.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills in English. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
