**Responsibilities:**


- Provide remote customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet and exceed customer support performance metrics and KPIs


**Requirements:**


- 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with remote work and using virtual communication tools - Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing systems is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
