Job Description:
Qatar Museums is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patrons and assisting with various tasks to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and patience - Assisting with ticket sales, reservations, and membership inquiries - Providing information about museum exhibits, events, and programs - Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Persuasive and creative approach to customer interactions - Tech-savvy and comfortable using remote communication tools
