Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Barwa Group is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate on a remote part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no previous experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Assist customers with order processing, product information, shipping inquiries, and general support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Use creativity and persuasion to promote new products and services to customers - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Motivated and energetic personality - Soft skills in creativity and persuasion - Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
