Job Description:
Qatar Foundation is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate - Remote Work. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to a globally renowned organization.
Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer support to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and targets
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Leadership and analytical soft skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
