Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and leadership skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with product orders, deliveries, and technical support - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve the customer support experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Proven leadership abilities and emotional intelligence - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
