Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and convenience. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
