Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

The Customer Support Manager at United Development Company will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This position will be fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. We are seeking a candidate with 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field, who is confident and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer support metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer support - Report to upper management on departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving customer satisfaction - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Adaptable and confident in a dynamic work environment
