Job Description:
MEEZA, a leading company in Doha, QA, is looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement customer support procedures and policies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer support team, including monitoring performance metrics and providing coaching and feedback. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer support process. 6. Provide regular reports to management on customer support performance and key metrics.
Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changes in the work environment and remain productive under pressure. 2. Resourcefulness: Finding innovative solutions to customer issues and continuously improving the customer support process. 3. Cooperation: Working well with others to achieve common goals and fostering a positive team environment. 4. Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellent results in customer support. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and tools. 7. Experience in a remote work setting is a plus.
