Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Manager to work remotely in Doha, QA. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive business growth - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proven experience in managing a team of customer support representatives - Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools - Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of productivity - Time management and adaptability are essential soft skills for this role
