Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Support Officer at Qatar Steel Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers remotely. Your main duties will include resolving customer inquiries and issues, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the customer support team to ensure smooth operations and deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Resourceful and motivated with a positive attitude - Ability to manage people and cooperate effectively with team members - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work remotely and independently
