Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Hilton in Doha, QA. This is a part-time remote work position perfect for individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and excel at managing their time effectively. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide assistance to customers with booking reservations, resolving issues, and answering questions about Hilton's services - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Hilton's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail - Effective time management skills - Adaptable to changing situations and priorities - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent
