Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College (QAC) is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work remotely. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues to the appropriate departments if needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Hardworking, driven. 2. Soft skills: Leadership, adaptability. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
