Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat channels 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Follow company policies and procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations

Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer support roles 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting 4. Hardworking and reliable personality traits 5. Adaptability and strong decision-making skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Bachelor's degree preferred
