Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with product information, technical issues, and order processing 3. Perform research to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions 4. Negotiate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintain positive relationships 5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and prioritize urgent issues 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 5. Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes 7. Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
