Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role requires a high level of independence and confidence in handling customer inquiries and issues effectively.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms - Maintain and update customer records and information accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and escalation of recurring issues - Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong project management and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - A flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts
