Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through the company's online chat platform. This role requires a proactive and independent individual who is confident in their communication skills and able to think critically and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product and service information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services through live chat interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to negotiate effectively - Independent, confident, and proactive approach to work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management tools
